While visiting family over the holiday season I unfortunately became ill. The not so unfortunate part was the exceptional care I received at Red Deer. Every person I encountered was compassionate, kind, understanding and professional. You acknowledged my concerns , answered my questions and allayed my fears. I want to include in this every physician, nurse, housekeeping staff member, dietary aide, health care aide, xray technician, porter, and volunteers. Drs Beurerlein, John Lam, Patterson, Raval and colleagues I can't thank you enough. My apologies to those I have failed to acknowledge. I am at home and recovering well.
