To Marliese My mother, Violet, had a bad fall on Thursday June 16, and was in the Emergency room awaiting treatment. Sitting in a wheelchair for six hours was uncomfortable for her with both wrists injured and neck and back pain. You went out of your way to make her comfortable by finding her a blanket and when you recognized that she had not been triaged, found a stretcher to lay down on and started the triage process. You even came to check on her to see how she was doing after your shift ended. Your professionalism and sincere dedication to the patient was very evident and it is very much appreciated. You have our heartfelt gratitude for everything that you did for my mother.
