I was in the Rapid Access Unit, on the sixth floor, and I got to know a lot of the Health Care workers. Some more than I liked but by then humility is long gone. I was treated with care and respect and never once felt that I was lacking in any attention or care. They also maintained an environment where your dignity is left intact, not an easy task being trapped in a 14’ x 10’ room for so long.
Every worker I had contact with were very professional and personable. It made my situation a little more tolerable. I just wanted to thank them and to make it known what a great group of people they have on that unit. They should hold their heads high and be immensely proud of themselves.
