From the first greeting, she treats you with respect and she takes her time with each patient. I've been active in seeking Healthcare for the last 3 years dealing with a new illness to me and have been for many tests and been admitted by so many people in different areas of Healthcare and Brenda is the first person that doesn't seem agrivated or short with me.
