I recently had surgery with Dr Zakariasen and her team. The day was a blur, I don't remember any names, but I can recall all your faces and smiles! While talking to me or when they were telling me what they were doing, that person would make sure they made direct eye contact with a smile, the whole time. Made me feel so seen and supported!
